General Assembly INNOGOUV Project 2026
Annual meeting to review the past year’s results and outline future prospects.
We are delighted to share with you the highlights of our General Assembly of the INNOGOUV project, which took place on 12 June 2026 at the Union of the Vicomté d’Aumelas, in Le Pouget. This event brought together about fifteen project members, researchers from various disciplines, and professionals from the wine sector, for a day rich in exchanges and discoveries.
This annual assembly is an opportunity to review the progress of the project. The 2025‑2026 report proved especially rich in scientific communication and knowledge transfer, notably:
- Webinars, conferences and symposiums, as well as presentations for professionals;
- Completion and launch of the project website;
- Presentation of the main findings of the study on the determinants of digital adoption in cooperative wineries, carried out within the Observatory of Digital Use (AgroTIC Chair);
- Synthesis of the participatory study on impact pathways of innovations toward greater sustainability (URBAL method), conducted at the Cave Dom Brial;
- Organizational life‑cycle analysis performed at the Champagne cellar Mailly Grand Cru;
- Publication and/or submission of about ten articles or book chapters covering the qualitative interviews and the quantitative survey
The assembly concluded with the adoption of a 2026‑2027 provisional plan focused on showcasing and communicating the results, through new webinars, a major conference, and written summaries..
On the sidelines of the assembly, participants had the opportunity to visit the cooperative cellar **Les Trois Grappes**, exploring its winemaking and storage facilities. Discussions were held on the challenges and adaptation strategies of the sector, complemented by a presentation from Mr. Maxime Des Longchamps, director of the Union, on the trajectory and recovery strategy of this organization.
A big thank you to all the participants for their commitment and contributions, to the Union of the Vicomté d’Aumelas and the Les Trois Grappes cellar for their warm welcome, and to Mr. Maxime Des Longchamps for his presence and presentation.
